All utility bills included. A £100 non-returnable
deposit per week, payable on booking. Full
payment required six weeks prior to
commencement of the holiday.

Cancellation of your holiday six weeks or less prioir 
to the start of your vacation will result in 70% of the 
balance being payable unless we can re-let.

Sorry, no smoking allowed in the cottage.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement.
